I need help how to update my iPad from iOS 10.3.3 to iOS 15

How do I update my iOS software if the update is not in automatic updates

? When I push check for update it says my software is up to date but when I go to the store and attempt to download any apps a get a message saying I need to update the latest iOS update. Help please

Your iPad is a 4th Gen iPad. This iPad's maximum iPadOS version is 10.3.4. You will need a newer device to upgrade to iPadOS 15.

Hello ~ Sounds like you may have aniPad that is not capable of being updated further. If you require/want a higher iOS version…you need a newer iPad.
