Need help in resetting / deleting autofill on latest OSX

Hello,

I cannot seem to find the answer, especially since I'm using OSX 15.0.2 which is the latest version, because I have typed out certain words on my phone many times, it has saved it into my autofill and it comes up every time I even begin a letter, and I really would like to get rid of this. The only way I've been able to get get rid of it is to turn off predictive text, and and turning the feature off. I'd still like to be able to have autofill, but cleared out to show me common words and not ones i've typed before. Any help on this would be great. Resetting my keyboard doesn't seem to be an option, and deleting and adding english keyboard didn't change anything either. This is for imessage specifically.
