Hi guys can anyone help?
In my Final Cut Pro project, why can't I hear the audio? My voice is disappearing when I dragged the video into the timeline. I try to shut and delete the video and it is frozen.
I did almost everything about the rendering stuck and crashes, I even uninstall and reinstall the software but that does not fix the problems at all. Is the final cut pro software is something wrong, what could be the reason and how can I fix it.
What are the specs of the media? Does it play in the browser? In the QuickTime player?
What’s the computer, the OS version, the FCP version?
Please what are the complete specs of the media, video format, codec, frame resolution, frame rate, audio format, sample rate?
Do the clip specs match the project properties? What are the project properties?

"I'm not a fan of the Picture in Picture, especially when it's this small. I would rather you showed your B-roll video and then cut to the interview when appropriate and then go back to the B-roll. I wouldn't mind seeing you more often either, the face with the voice. I also think you should use more lower thirds. The names are important, so seeing them will reinforce them."
I followed your advice but am still seeking better editing techniques to finalize a mostly talking-heads-with-pictures video. Could you suggest a link or two to videos having good editing techniques with this type of video?

I only edit one type of video which I downloaded my Facebook live video and edit in Final cut pro for Youtube. I never had this problem before, even if I edit any type of video before, these problems never happened, only recently, my final cut pro is something wrong, I can't edit, voice diapering , I can't even close the tap, I can't save the file , it frozen and stuck.
After editing in FCP for awhile, I've had a recent new problem. When I click the transfer-crop-distort button, I cannot open any of the 3. Also when I drop a new clip to replace another, the clip is dark. I fix it by restarting FCP
It's 30 minutes video long, yes it does play in the browser and QuickTime player, the FCP version 10.6 OS version is 11.6 , can you please help, it has been a week I am struggling with the solution.
I'm afraid not. I don't watch YouTube training videos much, except for Ripple Training.

You should start a new thread, with complete details about your mac, OS, and FCP version.
This seems to be a different issue from that of the OP.
In the meantime, as always, start by deleting preferences.
