Can not switch on my MacBook Pro (2017)

I have go through Apple Support pages and try to switch on with “Control + R” function, so far it is still no sign of start-up. However, it is odd the green power light on the keyboard (中/英) is on, and also if I touch the bottom of MacBook, it is warm ?? So I assume the battery is still fine, the only conclusion for the situation here is,

  1. screen is malfunction
  2. my hard drive may be stuck in my iCloud and I can not get connected into Wi-Fi internet

my question is, I am not sure if I should purchase an Ethernet to typeC adopter ?

should I bring my MacBook to store for further investigation ?
