How to make icons round

Can anyone tell that how apple apps icons made rounds to look beautiful, different types of fonts use, there is no any customisation, why nothing accessible file app. Can you make it easy and user friendly instead of too much complexity.

Make icons smaller then standard Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to make Home Screen icons smaller then standard? Let me stress here - I’m not using zoomed view, just a standard view which fits 4 icons horizontally and 6 vertically, so I have 24 icons on my Home Screen.
