What if I cannot find my sales receipt for the purchase of my Iphone11 pro in regards to updating my proof of purchase; is there any other way or method I can use to retrieve my sales receipt?

We understand that you are unable to locate the sales receipt for your iPhone so you can get AppleCare+ for the phone. First, take a look at this support article to buy an AppleCare plan, it will provide a way to check eligibility and you may not need the receipt: Buy an AppleCare plan - Apple Support
If you still need the sales receipt, you can try contacting the reseller you purchased from.
