Does the MacBook Pro ( 13 inch, early 2015) qualify for free battery replacement

The charge of My MacBook Pro ( 13 inch, early 2015 model/ serial number C0****VH3) does not go above 1% and immediately shuts off if unplugged. Please advise what has caused this and can I qualify for a free battery replacement?
