iPhone language

How can I using main iPhone language as English but also want preferred language order as Thai language? Some of app need to be Thai language to understand and to be useful but I don’t want to change it’s at general settings every time. And please add Thai language to translate option I’m learning both of them this one I’m must using Thai referred order

If you go to the Settings for a particular app, there will often be a place where you can choose a language different than the language for the whole device.
