Hello, I have an iphone with a nearby shop apple ID which is now stucked in the phone and asks for password verification, I can not sign out from the iCloud as the password is incorrect, and want to Reset data of the phone, can you please help me remove that Apple ID from my device?

In order for you to be able to sign out you will have to know the information for which it is asking you. The owner should do this before giving you the phone. Ultimately it may be useless to you without the information.
