My Powerbeats pro is not pairing to my iphone

If issues persist, also try pairing them with another device as well just to make sure the issue isn't specifically with your iPhone in particular.

Otherwise, if the same thing happens, then your Beats may require service.

Great job trying those steps. From what you've described, your Beats may require hardware service. If that's the case, contact Apple Support or make an appointment at your closest Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple Store: Find Locations
