Manufacturing Defect in New iPhone
I purchased new iPhone 12 from flipkart and when i unboxed it, has a CRACKED SCREEN. What should i do now and whom to contact in this situation?

That's between you and Flipkart. Apple had nothing to do with the promotion or purchase of the phone. You'll have to work this out with them.
Actual problem is i bought this phone in an offer and now the offer has been completed. So flipkart isn't showing me "exchange/replace" option. But instead it's showing me only "Return" option. And now of i return my iPhone 12, i have to buy it again with an extra payment of 6k.
