I took a picture of my drivers license and it is in my photos. How do I put a copy of it in Wallet

You can't. To add your driver's License to your wallet will be done directly from the Wallet.

The current U.S. states that will support this are Arizona, Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Oklahoma, and Utah.

The option however, is not yet available.
