My iPhone 8 is bent. It’s a new one I got from o2 last week and it’s bent at the top left hand side!! I haven’t dropped it, sat or stood on it. For the price I’d have expected better. Is there anyone at apple I can raise this with? Or do I just go through forums until I get a response?

I would return it to the seller. As MrHoffman correctly pointed out, iPhone 8 was discontinued over a year ago. The first course of action is almost always deal with the seller of the product.
