The Subscriptions menu item is not showing up under Setting, Name...how convenient! since I'm trying to canel ALL of my Apple subscriptions. Also, I can't delete my payment method due to existing subscriptions. How EFFING CONVENIENT!

I too have the exact same issue. The link you’ve provided doesn’t help me. It just sends me in a continuous loop right back to the link here. It’s frustrating. My iCloud was hacked & I cannot see all of these subscription charges that keep hitting my account. I need to view & delete them. Why can’t I do it in my browser?? It’s crazy I can’t do it right here!!!

I was on the phone with Apple tech. Whom was unable to figure out how to help me, after 2 hours of trying. I ended up spending my own time doing massive research & time inside my phone. After many hours, I figured out how to get my iCloud back without having to reset my phone to factory & lose all my saved data. Which is what Apple wanted me to do.

I think my next phone will be android, bc Apple has failed me yet again…..

However, I still need this fixed.
