Ok so I change my number and because my old number is still in. Y iCloud I can’t get back in to my old iCloud account

How do I get into my iCloud with a different number?

You should have added your new number to your trusted numbers in appleid.apple.com while still on the old.

However if is too late now. If you have no other apple devices to accept codes you need to reach out to Apple Support directly. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach them here: contact Apple Support
