I recently bought a new iPhone and want to take advantage of the 3-month free trial. I cannot seem to login to get it.

The offer is for when you buy a new iPhone (or iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV box, Mac) from Apple or from an Apple Authorized Reseller.
The offer is for the first registered user (by Apple ID) for that device.
The offer is for users that haven’t claimed an offer before for an Apple TV+ extended trial.
The offer would have to be redeemed within the first three months.
The offer would have to be redeemed on the new eligible Apple device (the iPhone), in the TV app. After you get the subscription, then the service would be available to any of your devices with the Apple TV app, when signed in with the same Apple ID account. Note that for viewing on a Mac, you have to additionally sign in to the TV app (menu Account).
