Updated iPhone 13 PRO to 15.1 and AW5 to 8.1 today. I now do not have the option to pick the HEARING AID Complication on any watch face. If the complication was already there from a backup it crashes when you tap it. Has anybody else seen this happen after updating?

I can't find any complications documented as "hearing aid" in the Apple Watch User Guide, which has a pretty comprehensive list of faces and complications. That makes me suspect your complication is derived from a specialist third party app which might need to be updated for compatibility with the latest releases of iOS and WatchOS.
