What is the back on an iPhone 12 Pro/Pro max made of

I’ve noticed my iPhone 12 Pro Max is exceptionally tougher than my previous iPhone’s. What is a good resource that tells me what the phone is made of etc. and maybe even compared to previous models if anyone has a good read/resource on it I’d appreciate it :)
