Do you know how I can fix this heavy lag on the control center? This has been happening after I updated to BigSur and I have updated to Monterey hoping it would be solved but still has not been fixed. I am using a Macbook Air 2020 Intel Chip.

I have tried all methods and made a lot of space on my Mac but it still has slow animations! I have tried all the methods mentioned on the link you have provided but still have not seen any change. My Mac functions correctly but the animations on the software are very slow. On another Mac I have, they are perfectly fine but for some reason, my Mac has this lag issue!
Is there any way to fix this?
I'm on an Apple Mac book Air and had to restart my machine after it came back up after an upgrade to Monterey I had manually restart because things were slow! This cleared so many things I saw after the upgrade but so manually restart to see if art clears up!

I have tried the manual restart which has helped a little but still has a lot of slow lag in the animations of the software. I also tried SMC resetting my machine which also did not really help in this situation! I am still not sure what it is! Thanks for the suggestion.

I booted into Safe Mode and it was hard to tell if the problem was there because Safe Mode is usually very laggy when it comes to animation, though I did find a difference in the problem where it was slightly faster. I believe the problem was not occurring in Safe Mode but was occurring only in the main software.
