Somebody is tampering with my phone and my controls and I can’t do nothing with my phone

Unless you have jailbroken your iPhone or you have allowed someone unlimited access to your device and provided them with your Apple ID and password, your phone is not hacked. Have you tried just restoring the device to factory and setting it up again?

I have no idea what it is that you are trying to show me with these images. You need to try and more clearly explain what your problem is. Read this, Writing an Effective Apple Support Question and then come back with a question meeting that criteria. 

What makes you believe someone has tampered with your device? Has someone had access to the device along with your Apple ID and password?
