Following MacOS Monterey upgrade - Mac Mini M1 keeps waking up

Is anyone else having this issue: Following the MacOS Monterey upgrade, my Mac Mini M1 keeps waking up from sleep without any apparent prompt. So far did the following:

Unchecked Wake for Network access in power settings
Turned off all notifications
Redirected all alerts to Mac Mini internal speakers.

Mac mini is connected to Apple Thunderbolt display.

Since this was working fine prior to the upgrade I am assuming it has something to do with the upgrade.

Is anyone else having a similar issue ?

It turns out (for me) this is caused by my Logitech mouse and/or keyboard (saw someone post about it on Reddit.) Hopefully it's a bug they'll fix soon, I just turn off my mouse/keyboard and it doesn't wake anymore. Hope this helps.

UPDATE:

iv'e tried now to close my Logitech MX mac keyboard and my mouse (M570) (button off) and as has been told - seems this really not wake up again the display.

Thanks for the replies - I do also use the Logitech MX mouse and keyboard. For me the issue went away without any further action. Not sure if there were some additional processes to complete after the upgrade or not but seems to be working as before, for me now.

My Intel iMac does the same thing after upgrade!!!!

interesting ! i have same issues with my mac mini and also have Logitech keyboard and mouse!

it's mostly happen at night.
