I have a certain software that I use for work that is written in Python 2.7, and I don't think it will be updated to Python 3 any time soon. Will it still run if I update to Monterey?
EDIT: I installed Python 2.7 through MacPorts and I run the program through Terminal.
Python 2.7.18 is still included with Monterey.

I run the program through Terminal. I also installed 2.7 through MacPorts, if that makes a difference.
