the is part of Adobe Creative Cloud - if you still use it just hide it in a folder on launcher somewhere. Adobe drives me nuts the the huge amount of bloat, and they do nothing to try and hide it and pretend its not an issue. If you don't use adobe products anymore its probably in the adobe sync -> core sync extensions folder the application folder in finder

Here are some suggestions:

• All items are usually from apps. If there is a subsequent app, look in the Applications folder and uninstall it: How to uninstall apps on your Mac
• If this is an app you already removed or is not in Applications, restart your Mac from the Apple () menu then Restart.
• Try seeing if the same item appears in safe mode: How to use safe mode on your Mac
