I can log in to F1TV but idk why it won’t retrieve subscriptions all of the sudden . Pls help before I miss another great race.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. From your post, there's an issue with retrieving a subscription from an app. We'll do what we can to help.
Is the subscription purchased through Apple? If so, make sure it's listed in Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions.
If it is, restart the device you're using with your app and try again.
