Обновление и наушники

Добрый день! Проблема в то что я установила новое обновление по и после этого наушники перестали автоматически подключаться к телефону. Телефон их видит, показывает процент заряда наушников и блока питания, а вот как устройство через которое слушать музыку нет. После сброса наушники подключаются только на один раз использования. В чем причина?

We do see you're using Apple AirPods and they're on the latest firmware version which is great! Just to confirm if you're using an iPhone with your AirPods, do you currently have iOS 15.1 installed? If not, we'd recommend to update to this version: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If you are up to date, the steps listed in How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro should help with this issue you're experiencing.

We can understand wanting to have your AirPods working smoothly. Could you clarify what you mean when you say your have to install them every time? Do you mean having to pair them every time? Are you connecting your AirPods with other devices? When you stop using the AirPods are you forgetting them in settings?


We'd recommend connecting with Apple Support directly. This way there isn't a language barrier or miscommunication on the issue you're experiencing. They'll be able to assist you with this issue provide any service options available, if any, for your location: Get Support

Good day! The problem is that I installed a new software update and after that the headphones stopped automatically connecting to the phone. The phone sees them, shows the percentage of the charge of the headphones and the power supply, but as a device through which there is no listening to music. After reset, the earbuds are connected only for one time use. What is the reason?
