I received a text saying my phone basically saying I’ve been compromised. I need to download a free app to help with security. It looks like it’s from Apple. What should I do?

I received a text. My Ip address is being tracked due to a virus. They want me to go to the App Store and download an app. Is this another scam?

Yes this is another scam. I have seen the second photo multiple times.
