Screen ratio of 14 and 16inch MacBook Pro

Hey. Hope you’re all well. I’ve been thinking of getting the new MacBook Pro 14 and I just wondered if anyone who has seen it can clarify the screen ratio of both the 14 and 16inch? I use my MacBook for a lot of media and from watching unboxings it looks like the 16inch has thinner black bars when watching tv\movies while the 14inch bars looks thicker. I dislike the 12.9 iPad Pro for its ratio and I was hoping the 14inch wouldn’t be similar. Thanks
