How do I send an apple pages book to a PC

I made a book on Pages Books in landscape of my paintings with short side text paragraph. It is 16 pages long. Now I need to send it to a gallery that uses a PC. They can’t read my apple EPUB file. It also say it’s too large to send and I need to use Mail Drop. How do I do this. What do they need to do to read it? Have I wasted my time using the wrong program? If so, what program do I remake this book on so that PC people can receive it. I don’t want to sell the book, just send it as an attachment in an email for review of my art occasionally. I can send it ok to people with MAC and IPad. Thanks for your help.
