When the Apple Folio keyboard is connected to my iPad Pro 11” (2018) iPadOS 15.0.2 and open two apps/windows in Split View (e.g. Pages and Safari), then I cannot resize these windows from default 50-50% by dragging the middle bar. So when I unplug the keyboard and reopen the same windows, everything is ok.

From your post it appears that you are not able to adjust the split screen once a keyboard is connected.
Start by power cycling the iPad using these instructions: Restart your iPad - Apple Support While simple, this can refresh the iPadOS, apps and connections.
If you have access to another keyboard, that would be helpful. If it works correctly using a different keyboard, we know where the issue is.
Do the other touch screen functions behave as expected?

Hello and thank you for your response. After restarting the iPad, Split View always works properly for some time, even with the keyboard connected. I always noticed it until after using Split View several times. Unfortunately, I have no chance to try another keyboard.

By any chance does it seem to happen after using a particular app?
If it seems to happen after using a certain app, then removing that app and installing it again may help.
