Refund

I paid for iTrackbites subscription by accident. I meant to cancel it. They sent me an email saying I had to get the refund from apple. Can you please help me with this?

Roblox refund I was told by roblox that I had to xcontact you for unautherized charges on my card. It was under GingerBreadWomen or Mspeanut_13. Follow the instructions in the email. The people on these boards are mostly other customers and cannot grant iTunes Store refunds.
