What is this code and how do I fix it? The file sent to a third party does now download. Mojave Shirley

I sent a photo to an online platform that I have been using since August without any issues until 2 days ago. The app shows the upload in progress, complete, then no file shows up just a trash can. I sent photo from downloads.
I'm sorry, I don't have the authority to do that. It's a private platform. I did try Chrome and had no luck. I sent a message to the support team who were going to get a tech involved so I don't know how to proceed with your help. What is the difference b/w Chrome and Chrome w/o google or ads?
Was that error on there end?
Was the other end Windows ^ where that error was seen?
How big was the file &how did you send it?
error code was 600, sorry about that in browser.

I don't find any Mac centric error code 600, but could be a new one!?
How exactly did you send it? Any App in particular?
I believe that is a web based error on from the server... AutoDiscovery Error Code 600, & also seems related to Microsoft and or Exchange... are the last 2 involved?

Oh, brave Uses less ram & cpu, due to most ads being eliminated.
Good idea to get help there, please let us know the cure if possible.
