There are multiple fraud transaction of ~$1800 on my BOA debit card having info. APPLE.COM/BILL.. I have provided all necessary detail and my case number is ****. Appreciate if you could look into this on urgent bases.
Please share the email ID and if required i can send the bank statements.

Yes I know exactly where you are talking about, unfortunately online you just go in circles and support team players dumb. But I'm sure not everyone is having bad experience with apple.
