Cannot copy address in Maps.app with macOS Monterrey

In the new Maps.app, I cannot copy address directly from the information view of a place, as shown below.

Does anyone know how to work around this? If I directly do CMD+C, it actually copies the link (like https://maps.apple.com/?address=350%205th%20Ave,%20New%20York,%20NY%20%2010118,%20United%20States&auid=13298437110783785831&ll=40.748441,-73.985664&lsp=9902&q=Empire%20State%20Building&_ext=Cj4KBQgEEOIBCgQIBRADCgQIBhBzCgQIChAOCgQIEBABCgQILxAnCgQIUhAFCgQIVRAKCgQIWRAGCgUIpAEQARIkKbp9+9+2X0RAMdbuDXQjf1LAOQpZzL7hX0RAQXYnjvICf1LA).
