Those are not serial numbers, they are Part numbers.

No difference.

Both of them correspond to AirPods Pro meant for sale in the EU. Probably just a different batch.

MLWK3ZM/A should have the newer version of the charging case, with MagSafe magnets for better alignment while wireless charging.
