Battery health issues
My iPhone 12 battery health drain very faster than i think i see 4% drop in 1 week how’s this possible apple ???

Battery Health is an inexact figure that varies with usage. for example, if you just did an upgrade, the battery has been working behind the scenes to get everything completed. You do not mention yout current level, but you need not worry until it reaches 80%, at which time you will need to make an appointment at the nearest apple Store for Battery Replacement. Batteries usually last about 2 years. check this link...
