My health records come in with immunization vs vaccinations. Not sure if I can change the type so how do I add it to my wallet?

I agree, but none the less I can't add the vaccination card to my wallet. That option does not exist. I'm running ios 15.1(19B74).
You can only add it if your vaccine provider gives you a QR code or a document that can be added to the wallet. It is entirely up to the provider.
What if my vaccination shows up as an immunization and not vaccination?
