Monterrey upgrade, SD Card reader

Just updated from Big Sur to Monterrey. I have an SD card connected directly to my Mac and it keeps getting ejected during sleep. Any possible fix?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.0

Try a new user. Do you still get this error? If not, then it is a misconfiguration in the current user. If so, then is an entire misconfiguration within the macOS, itself (in which case, you should backup, and then reinstall the macOS)
