Deleted video

I deleted one video from my gallery today (in "recently deleted" file either), but it wasn't saved on iCloud because of a full storage. Is there a possibility to somehow recover it?

Check iCloud, Directly:

Go here, and see if it resides in iCloud: https://www.icloud.com/photos. Important: Consider using a computer to perform this, as it would be more user-friendly doing so,
