Being Billed for AppleCare+ on a no longer owned phone

Have traded in my last ip12, and it seems the AppleCare+ is still being billed, but of course, no point of contact within Apple.com to address this. Has anyone experienced this, and how does one alert apple to stop the recurring payments, and refund the charged coverage on this no longer owned phone....?
