Safari suddenly started to close all my tabs. I have on "Open all last closed tabs"in the settings. After it closes all windows, then it opens blank, new window. Also when i click on link the page opens in new window. So I am ending up with a lot of windows.When i close one window, everything is closing. How to stop safari from this strange behavior? My iOS is Catalina ver. 10.15.7.

Same. Nothing helped. Even deleted Safari stored files in Library/ Safari and Containers. Tabs are saved only if I open it in custom tab group.
And try to google this issue. You will find a lot of people having this.
