Why I didn't recevied my confirmation order email ?

Hi guys , on last weekend I wnet to apple store and bought my new iphone 13pro max , because all iphone 13 pro max were sold out , so seller and me ordered from online . We used the computer in the apple store but I didn't log in my apple ID account but we still did payment . After the payment apple website just showed me the order number and delivery time, but few days passed I still haven't received any email about my new phone just only my receipt.

Could you please help me answer？（ It's my first time I bought a new iphone by myself)
