Apple Pay Billing/Shipping Address Invalid

I have searched & tried ALL methods that people have advised to check/edit/amend my details to correct this error. But nothing has worked.

I have checked

Settings > AppleID > Payments & Shipping

Wallet > Billing Address

Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay

I have checked that my Bank has the same address formatting as all of those.

I have even removed all details and inputted them all again so they match.

And still I get this “Invalid Shipping Address” Error

I am from UK but I take it ApplePay works in the UK with our Post Code system?

as you are able to use ApplePay in shops! Not tried to use this in a shop though, I have only tried to use Apple Pay online using Safari.

My iPhone 12 is upto date with latest firmware etc.
