I am worried, My iPhone 12 Pro Max, in one week, the battery maximum capacity went from 100 to 96. Is this normal or not?
If not, What should I do?

Battery Capacity is an inexact figure that varies wwith usage. If you recently updated, the battery may be busy in the background finishing the update. Your Battery Health is excellent. You need not worry until it reaches 80%, at which time you will neeed to make an appointment at the apple Store for Battery Replacement. Apple batteries normally last around 2 years. Don't you occasionally have to replace batteries in flashlights and other battery powered devices? This is no different. All batteries deplete with usage and age. Check this link...
I have iphone 12 pro max 256 gb for 1/2 year. now my max battery capacity is sitting at 91%!!!!! this is nuts!! my warranty is out by April 2022... it says it's not even cover cuz apparently this is normal... so at what battery capacity it need to be change?? 80%?? crappyyyyyy battery!!!
