Clear Space Manually...

Try clearing internal storage though use of the following:

What Space to Clear:

A. Clear Temporary Internet Files:

B. Clean TV and Music Libraries:

Remove all unneeded files from your TV and Music Libraries. Full-Movies take up 2-4GB typically, and a bunch of those would take up a load of storage, ideally. So, if you have any movies that are not needed, then delete them.

C. Clear "Other":

Clear the storage named "Other". Caches would be being used for remembrance of application use. So, clearing other may be the way to go about this, as it would be performs through use of a computer.

Ok, that is really not an unrealistic amount of iOS space as it includes swap space. You can either go with the suggestion given or use some external storage such as Dropbox and move a portion of your photos there and delete them from your iPhone.

Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and see if there are any items listed under Recommendations.

It will walk you through suggestions to optimize your storage.

So use that recommendation if you want, that is clearly taking up a lot of your space. How large is Other?
