He does watch allot of **** and frequents some weird dating sites but nothing illegal. No underage stuff. He is worried and I am worried for him

Planned Parenthood doesn't track anybodies phone usage unless you are an employee with them using a company phone or a phone with a company email address.
What makes you think you even know anything about anyone or any business web site you’ve visited is tracking your online activity?
All sorts of companies of sites you visit and accept cookies from do track your web activity, but only because you agree to accept their cookies.
The “phone” has nothing to do with it. If you use any computing device, and you accept web cookies from a site, or use a third party app and agree to their privacy policy, they can or may track your online activities.
I'm sorry, but if you have a bug tracker app on your iPhone you have jailbroken it. Planned Parenthood could give a rats *** about your herpes outbreak they are concerned with many other things. And you said the tracking was on your bros phone not yours. So which jailbreak did you use and which app specifically are you using?
