Trade in a different iPhone
If i want to change the trade in phone to another one how can i do that. I bought the iPhone 13 I put that I wanted to trade in an iPhone 12 but I don't want to do that now and I want to trade in an iPhone x

Contact Apple Store Support:
Inform Apple Rep that you want this to be the case. If permitted, then would make the change.

- Contact Us - Choose Locations
- Proceed from there, as necessary
Why the Wait:
Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
