After updating to iOS 14.7 error message states unable to activate Face ID. Already tried to reset Face ID and the phone starts flashing then shut off. Also when opening Instagram app, phone flashes and shut off as well. I’m using iPhone X. Anyone else having the same problem?is there a fix to this?

Have you tried updating to iOS 15.1? Also go to Settings > Battery > Health and what is the percentage shown for Maximum Capacity?
The battery is 76% max capacity
