Automatic transfer of digitized cards on Apple wallet to new iPhone wallet

While transferring data and settings to new iPhone from an old iPhone either via iCloud or Quick Start feature, do the bank cards which are digitized on Apple Wallet on old iPhone transfer automatically to the new iPhone or do users need to re-digitize them on the new iPhone (i.e. enter the CVV code and OTP again on the new iPhone to digitize the cards again)? For every card has different DPAN for different device so does the DPAN is reused from the last iPhone or the new DPAN is allocated for the new device?

If, it is possible to transfer the cards to new iPhone wallet without re-verifying, is this feature varies from bank to bank or if this feature is similar to all bank cards and is offered on Apple side?

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! That's a great question you have about tranferring cards from the Wallet on one device to another. If you set the iPhone up from a backup on your computer, Apple Pay information and settings are not included in the backup. You would need to add the information manually: About backups for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

However, If you have Wallet turned on in iCloud under settings, these cards should sync to a new device but will need to be reverified. This would be the same with using Quick Start to transfer your data: Use Quick Start to transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
