Apple Pay confirmation with Assistive Touch

Hello, I'm sorry if the question was already posted but I can't seem to find it.

I recently discovered different Accessibility features on Apple Watch and one of them was Apple Pay activation with some gestures.

I think it's a really interesting topic and I started digging to really understand how this works and I can't understand one thing:

once I activate apple pay and select my card, how can I confirm the payment? I need to double click the side button but it's not an available gesture, is there something I didn't see?
