Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1 - Sidecar not working (The Device timed out)

First of all this is surely related to my other issue here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253299844

The Mac Mini M1 cannot connect to my iPad Pro (same network and all) and keeps saying Unable to Connect - The Device timed out.

I can connect to the iPad Pro from my Macbook Air M1 easily. So it's surely a Mac Mini M1 issue. (If we solve the problem here, I'm sure this will also be gone.

Any help?
